Would have been hellpful if staff told us about local sites, gave us a map, told us about use of hotel spa etc. we had to find everything out for ourselves.
We had a good deal with bed only as lots of local restaurants giving very good value

Clean rooms with very comfortable bed, although was a little too cold.
Good breakfast, not so varied but with healthy options. The restaurant for breakfast was too small and if you were coming around 9 you had to wait.

My best friend and I spent a wonderful 3 night break in Lisbon to celebrate our 60th Birthdays and 49 years of friendship. We loved this hotel, it was the perfect base with the Metro and several little cafes are just a few minutes walk away. Our room was spacious and clean with lovely comfy beds and the staff were all very friendly and knowledgable.. Plenty of choice at Breakfast which was included in our break. The hotel surprised us with champagne and cake for our Birthdays which was a lovely gesture and greatly appreciated. The only downside was the Jacuzzi in the health club which wasn't very warm and lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I would highly recommend this hotel and am already planning to return!

Atmosphere at diner wasn't nice, diner mediocre
Rooms need an uplift
Sometimes the room wasn't cleaned at 4 PM (they were probably to bussy with Facebook)
No price formular for mini bar (several times asked for it)
Breakfast was OK

A good hotel marred by a few niggles, the room was clean, really spacious with free safe. I found it too hot and could not get the aircon to work.
Breakfast was good but did get a bit crowded if not early.
Health club would have been a real bonus if steam room and sauna worked. Apart from location was main reason to chose hotel so abbot of ales down.
