Great hotel, very friendly and obliging staff, the accommodation, food and drink was great value for money - genuinely would have expected to pay more! Well maintained, clean and comfortable. In addition to hotel dining options, it has a cafe (with their award winning Pastel de Natas) and a sports bar serving very cheap drinks.
Would recommend this hotel, guaranteed to satisfy your needs!

Beds are soooo comfortable, I adored them. I have had just breakfast here, and it was delicious, you can find something that fits you. It is a bit dated but it didn't matter to me so much because I came to see Lisbon , not to sit in my room. I recommend this hotel for that type of journey.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The bar/lounge area is very dated - carpet needs to be fixed or replaced. The staff is very friendly, however. We had a comfortable room with a nice bed, but once again, the furniture was a bit outdated, but everything worked just fine. This is a nice place to stay if you are primarily using it as a place to comfortably sleep before going out about your day. We were touring the city, so we were not interested in relaxing around the hotel property. So I would say it is a decent deal if you just need a place to sleep comfortably and then go about your day. But if you are looking for a hotel to hang out at during the day and enjoy the amenities, I would look elsewhere for someplace more updated and centrally located. To walk to the city center tourist areas from this hotel property, it will take about 20 - 25 minutes. Taxis are readily available if you would rather catch a ride.

Visited Lisbon on numerous occasions, this hotel is clean with good service, although some areas are starting to look old....carpets and bathrooms.
No pool or gym so your limited to eating & drinking.

Our recent stay at the Real Parque was our third in the last two years; unfortunately, it may be our last.
Our room was in need of upgrading, air conditioning was almost nonexistent, the minibar was not even plugged in! The breakfast buffet - a highlight in our previous stays - was not up to the standards we remembered; the dated furniture was plastic and uncomfortable. The last straw was a missed wake-up call for an early morning check out and trip to the airport. We will be staying elsewhere on our next visit to Lisbon.
