One thing that makes this hotel standout is its location. Located at the heart of the city and near good markets and railway station. It is well connected. The rooms are spacious and offer a comfortable stay keeping in view the tariff they charge. The hotel staff in courteous and gentle. Will recommend if you are looking for good budget hotels.

I just read a review of this hotel and agree with some points that they don't give slippers and comb etc but this is nicest hotel in that area. Rooms are small but nice. Best thing is its breakfast which is really good. Cleanliness is also quite good and staff is very well mannered. Overall a good hotel to stay in that area.

I have stayed in hotel relax for 1 day. I did not find hotel good and not meeting the service requirements due to following :-
1. They charged extra just for early check-in which I intimated them also.
2. The hotel does not provide basis aminties like sleepers in the room, it was cold there and one can understand that how difficult it is walk bare footed in the room.
3. The front line staff is not friendly , they got engaged with me in discussion and ask me to call to clear trip. They did not bother to check their email.
4. They did not provide basis things like comb to customer , on asking so they said they provide it to only OYO customer and not to clear trip customers ...
5. Room was ok , neat and clean but the service which is back bone of any hotel is bad.

Stayed in Super Deluxe room. Room was neat and clean with good room service. Hotel is centrally located. Staff at reception and restaurant was very prompt and helpful. There is a need of Elevator as the rooms are on 2-3 floor.

The room was clean and spacious, the staff were courteous and very approachable. The food though wasn't all that great though! The WiFi was impressively good as well with a fairly decent speed, all at a pocket friendly price
