Hotel relax inn is good for stay. Facilities and services are also good. Room is nice and room services also good. Staff are working helpful and friendly too. Good cleaning and room also clean. Good experience.

Very good hotel in Surat, staff are good, laundry also good, staff behavior good and Copretive all hotel members ,,hotel location are very good Nr rly station, bus stand, and all area pick auto available all time,very nice trip and I have inform all stay very comfortable...

The is very comfortable for me it is near to railway station and bus stand and yes near to textile market. Service is very fast and very co operative staff I give 7 out of 7 if possible then I can give 10 also

Coming here to a city like Surat for business,this I believe was a decent option with the railway station and inter bus terminal at walking distance.
The service was good but can improve.
The areas of improvement would be cleanliness of the room and maybe renovating the hotel to catch up with the times!

Actually the hotel exists to still your money. The taxi drivers use to take you here directly from the airport.
Usually the price will be 4-5 times higher then regular similar hotel in this area. Pure fraud.
Don't use this hotel , never.
