We've stayed 2 nights at Club Primula this passed January, 2 adults and 1 child. The hotel is at about 1 or 2 km from the city center and it's surrounded by hills and forest with beautiful view over the mountains.
The reception staff was friendly and smiley, not so efficient though as they only handed us the key without giving any other info...maybe because having lots of clients they don't have much time to give you too much attention. Our room was spacious, clean and we particularly liked the bathroom that was newly renovated and comfortable.
Breakfast was included, we appreciated the fresh croissant that we found on our table, then Milk & American coffee were brought at table....fortunately, as almost all the other stuff had finished when we arrived at 9.30. Only jam, butter and other prepacked things were still available. Also, we had one dinner included. Not much of a choice, 2 main courses available and one second course (I'm vegetarian and second course was meat so I couldn't choose something else) Food was tasty, but wasn't really good quality, I've had higher expectation from a 4 star restaurant hotel. Next day we had lunch/dinner out.
Staff was nice overall. Other clients, especially big Italian groups (common client target) who were hanging in the common area, were speaking loudly and making a bit of confusion so I was feeling more like in a popular medium 3 star place.
