My 3rd stay at Hotel Richbaliz is still very satisfied, staffs were helpful and friendly and good breakfast set choices to choose from. The rooms may be a bit small but quite clean.The hotel is also near to various local coffeehouse in the resident area nearby. There is also a water machine on the ground floor near the lift, so you can save time boiling drinking water. Free parking is also possible (first come first serve). I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.
A suggestion to the management : Please clean the water machine regularly as I saw dust on the machine and the cloth covering the surface was quite black.

I choose this hotel in the first place because it is near to Selayang Hospital where my mum was admitted to, about 10 minutes walk from hotel to hospital and free parking. I was able to visit my mum during the 2 visiting hours and don't have to worry about finding parking space in the hospital which normally needed at least half an hour to get one. There are also various eateries to choose, from new cafes to traditional coffee shops ( need to walk to the housing area where traditional Chinese coffee shop and hawker center are) .Recommend to try butter gravy chicken chop from the hotel's bar cum restaurant.
The room may be small but quite cozy and quiet. There is also a water machine for guest to refill their drinking water. Staffs in the hotel and restaurant are friendly and helpful. Free wifi is available.
The only thing that I hope the hotel management will improve is to clean the dust in the room's ceiling, especially near the ceiling fan and the walls above the air con. I kept noticing dust sailing around the room whenever I on the fan.
Other than the dust problem, I am quite satisfied with my stay in this hotel. This is my first stay and I will choose this hotel again for my next trip.

Stayed for 2 nights at this lovely boutique hotel. Very beautiful environment with fresh orchids around the hotel compound. We stayed at the deluxe rooms, big bathroom and cosy bedroom. Breakfast was good with quite a number of choices like coconut rice with fried chicken, all kinds of eggs, scramble, sunny side up etc......... Very good hospitality indeed, would come back again for my next trip.

My opinion value for money..
Small rooms but clean and complete.Little bit far from city center.
They have bar and restaurant also.
We prefer hotel location if closed to supermarket,this one quite far from supermarket.near by taxi but far for walking distance.
If dor you no problem stay far from city center,Richbaliz is recomended!

the last time i stayed here was in 2012, the price now was expensive like 3-4 star hotel while the management, staff and services still the same (previous very poor). There's a Construction behind the hotel which cause lousy. The day i check out from the hotel i saw the owner of hotel scolded n shouted at one women regarding parking issue. Yarh, very hard to find parking here It was so EMBARASSING i guess. Men shouted at Women. VERY RUDE N IMPROFESSIONAL.
