The hotel is nicley situated. Rooms are big, but very old - luxury is poor, Standard back 80s/90s..
Breakfast very good for Italy.
BUT the noise Level from the Restaurant until late in the night is inacceptable. No sound proving at all!
Either you have a restaurant - or a hotel. Or you deivide and make soundprove adjustments. In the way it is run now: Not recommendable in the end.

Stayed here for 2 nights recently with my 93 year old mother. Over for a family wedding. Rooms are clean and plain with air conditioning. There is free Wi-Fi. I only ate breakfast which was typical continental fare. The property is in pleasant gardens with ample parking - which is charged although there seems no reason to do so.

Perfectly good for the price , with very clean , if a bit aseptic rooms , comfortable bedding .But was upset on arrival that the restaurant , which was the reason for my staying there , and is excellent , was closed .I should have been advised . THe staff was very hepful and the manager drove me to a pizzeria. BReakfast totally uninteresting , with bottled orange juice , at a time of year when citrus fruit are so reasonable , croussant and white toast

The best feature of the hotel is it's location. A little outside Como, very close to the center of Cernobbio - and has its own parking (payable).
The hotel itself is very basic. For a short stay you have necessary basics but this is not a very comfortable hotel. Stayed for a short period in January and at arrival the room heating own off - maybe 10 deg C in the room and humid. As the heath pump was turned to max by hotel staff the temperature slowly increased to abt 24 deg by next morning.
Breakfast "buffet" limited to continental breakfast at the best.

This old villa is perfectly located in the center of town. Plus we could walk to the town of Como along the lakeside.The first room we had was above the kitchen, so we couldn't open the windows because of the cooking smells. However, we were returning after cycling for 4 days and the second room was much nicer -- overlooked an outdoor dining terrace but all was quiet by 11:00pm. I can't comment on the price because it was part of our bicycling tour.
Don't eat at the restaurant, though, unless they lower their prices! It was absurdly overpriced. Many better places to dine.
