The hotel is near Singapore and US consulate and 2km from T Nagar Market.
The room and bathroom were reasonably spacious. Every room had split AC. Basic toiletries were provided with bathroom.
We stayed for 2 nights, neither rooms were cleaned nor towels were changed house keeping.
We didn't try their breakfast but had ordered lunch through room service. The food was expensive but was tasted ok.
During checkout we noted that room service bill was inflated by 30% but hotel reception rectified when we pointed their mistake.
It's a basic hotel. Since we got the room for 750 per night (without breakfast) we have no major complaints.

We stayed here for four days. The rooms are good, clean and spacious, particularly the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant provides a decent choice of foods (though not everything in the menu card is available) and they taste pretty nice. Staffs are very behaved and helpful. They even let us stay for 4 hours after the check out time without any extra charge.
The locality is kind of okay. It's very close to Singapore and US consulate, there are some really good places to eat within less than a kilometer, but there's a slum nearby too. That can be ignored in favor of all the positives this hotel comes with, most importantly the cost. Considering the room charges, this was a perfect stay,

We had to get to the US consulate and booked this hotel near to Singapore Consulate which is just in walking distance.
Car parking is on the side of the road and as it is a side lane and one of the few establishments. North bhog road is the main road nearby.
Dinner was a bit problematic as the hotel that was giving food delivery had a higher cap. Better get some parcel before itself. Morning breakfast was served in room was OK.
Rooms were comfortable and could reach the Consulate in 15 minutes time.

This is location is center of the city close to all traditional shopping areas in T Nagar. Locality is not good . So if you need to have business meetings it may not be right place. Rooms are good but amenities could be improved like foot rug, some tissue paper etc. Breakfast has good choice.

rooms were clean n good...
Best part is AC is working fine in all rooms... we were around 10 families stayed there... everything was good...
we didn't try food there... as we were for a marriage, which took place in a hall next building to this hotel...
