My Wife and I decided to stay at this hotel when we arrived in Costa Rica. The location is very close to the Airport and they provide shuttle service. Our driver spoke English and was very pleasant. Upon arrival we were checked in quickly and staff was very helpful at the hotel. The accommodation was adequate and clean. They provide a hot breakfast in the morning. I recommend this hotel for an overnight stay by the Airport.

Very accomadating for our last minute booking due to storms & delayed flights.
They even provided airport pick up of the 2nd half of our party at the airport. Dinner was delicious & Our suite was comfortable in size. The beds are really comfortable & breakfast which was wonderful was included with the room rate. Located 10 mins from SJO airport definitely comfortable & staff were especially accomodating.

Place was beautiful and restful and staff were very guest-oriented with support for transportation and everything else. This is our first time in Costa Rica and they made a great first impression! Would come back here again!

A wonderful, reasonably priced place to relax on the night before departure, with great service to the airport in the morning. For longer stays, it would probably be best for travelers with vehicles as it is a bit out of the way in relation to the center of Alajuela.

We were 3 couples traveling together. We had an overnight layover in San Jose. We choose this hotel based on the great amenities it came with. They provided round trip transportation from and to the airport, rooms with descent beds and hot showers, a hot breakfast, pool and a delicious restaurant for dinner options. The staff was so friendly and kind and their grounds are actually really nice to walk around.
Staff was the best to be precise Josue`, Lorenzo, Emanuel and Vianna! She is the only employee who is not family, which I think is anther amazing feature when you meet them. Josue` was great and my first contact. I spoke with him over the phone before I booked to discuss all the details. This made me feel safe, I don't know why but putting a voice to a name and being able to book directly to ensure my reservations, was very welcoming. After that we had great communication via Email in regards to shuttle pick up times and flight details. I am sorry if I mix the next to up but Lorenzo was our dinner server and let me say it was delicious! Everyone enjoyed their meal, you will not be disappointed. They didn't mind that we brought our own Tequila to dinner, which was very cool. Emanuel gave us a tour around the gardens the next day pointing out birds, naming plants and just satisfying our curiosity. LOL Vianna served us breakfast which got our day going. A 2 plate breakfast consisting of fresh fruit, breads, coffee, juice and then your choice of Typical ("Tico" which is beans, rice and eggs) or American (pancakes and eggs).
Our shuttle was there waiting for us just as promised and outlined throughout the Emails. Our return trip to the airport was in plenty of time to catch our flight to Tambor. Pool was clean and plenty of chairs in sun or shade. Towels available as well. We had no issues with anything.
It was a very smooth transition for us and we would stay here again and recommend this place to others. If you are passing threw this is a great option for your money.
Cons: shampoo bottle is hard plastic not easy to get out- no conditioner- no king size bed
