We were booked at this hotel for 2 nights, one on 30th Sept and again on 7th Oct 17, during our visit to Spity Valley in HP. The hotel is very nice and the front office staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms are of normal size, but quite comfortable. We had good sleep on both the nights. We were booked on half board, which included our breakfast and dinner. The dinner was a set menu with suitable choices and it was prepared fresh and was quite delicious! We packed our breakfast as we left very early ( around 5:30 AM) and they did a good job! I wanted to take a print out of my ticket and the front office person was extremely helpful in getting this from their business center. Very efficient and we had a very comfortable stay. Definitely, will stay again and strongly recommended!

Best place to stay in manali. Great location, great view, great service, great food, great staff.. Made my honeymoon memorable.. Superb rooms and great ambiance.. the staff is friendly and takes care of the smallest needs.. just go ahead and book it.. its the best

I am posting my opinion little late, I visited Manali in January 2017. I have chosen Rock Manali as an option due to reviews mentioned on various sites.
My observations-
Property: Front view of hotel is average but when you enter the property you will be really pleased. Rooms and interior of hotel is more beautiful than the pictures on site.
Staff: Had initial discussions with Mr. Sudeep Bhandari (Corp Sales Mgr), he handled my queries, booking and other requested arrangement flawless. Thanks sudeep you had been great help to me.
My next interaction was with hotel manager Mr. Maheswar when I reached manali, such a humble, helpful, facilitating professional he is. Other staff members from lobby, housekeeping, security and dinning were absolutely great at their work, polite and well mannered.
Hotel Rock Manali is certainly excellent not only since it’s a beautiful property but customer oriented approach of staff made it a great choice.

Great place , good staff and services . Ideally located if you do not want to face manali traffic . Very convenient location.
Good sales team and the hotel staff . Very cooperative .
Only disadvantage is being on the national highway they cannot serve alcohol rest everything is good .

Even though we had a Premium Room booking, we found the rooms to be relatively small. Not much of a room to move around. As the hotel had a suite vacant, we changed our booking with them and moved room. Barring this aspect, the hotel is perfect. Very polite and hospitable staff.
