This was the perfect hotel only a half mile from town, and just a block away from the main terme facility. Paola was a wonderful hostess, who was there to make recommendations and reservations for us. The complimentary breakfast was fabulous!

Beautiful hotel. Rooms neat. Pool has algae green rim above water line. Breakfast is typical bread and cheese. Good luck if Glutten intolerant. A/C is awful. So you open a window? Welcome bugs into room trying to cool down. Location is across river from town. There is a pool close by that is neat but like hotel, they close pools down way too early. We are in search of a store in town that will at least sell us a fan.

It was very hot and we arrived tired and thirsty. Speedy delivery of beer placed by the pool for us by super serviceman Ricardo! Lovely start to a wonderful stay. Being able to eat breakfast outside in a beautiful garden is exactly how we wanted to start our day.

This lovely hotel is well situated approximately ten minutes walk from the town centre. The grounds are nicely landscaped and there is a swimming pool with loungers and parasols. Our room was beautiful (we had a junior suite) with an enormous marble bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable and the room very well appointed. Excellent breakfast and the staff were very welcoming. We wish we could have stayed for a few more days.

The location of this hotel is good, in a quiet wooded neighbourhood just five minutes drive outside the city centre. The building is a charming villa with free parking across a quiet lane. We had booked a Junior Suite which was a huge room with a seating area but the placement of furniture was a bit bizarre and made the room seem very spartan. Bathroom large and clean but out-dated. Nice view of the garden from the room. Good wi-fi. However, the overall impression was like stepping back to the 1970’s, there were few modern elements and this continued in the public rooms. It didn’t help that a staff member was late for the breakfast shift and so we were effectively locked in at the bottom of the stairwell until someone else could be roused to unlock. The dining room was again large but old-fashioned. Breakfast was okay rather than spectacular. Few concessions to regional food offerings which is a shame. For Eur 160 per night it was a pretty unmemorable experience and surprised that it rates number 3 for the town on TripAdvisor.
