We booked the hotel room through Oyo Rooms and pre-paid...the location was close to the place where the meeting was to be held and importantly Guaranteed Early Check-in (6:00 a.m.) was offered without any additional charges which suited us as we were arriving early...Free Wi-fi and breakfast was part of the package..however, breakfast on that morning was charged in lieu of early check-in..On reaching the hotel...the caretaker at the reception initially indicated that no room was available and we should contact Oyo; however on re-checking one room was available...decent room..clean bathroom...clean towels...Window AC, a bit noisy..a refrigerator prefilled with Mineral Water, Soft-drink cans, juice, and a few snack were available...all on payment basis..the room was clean although the bedsheets would require a change in the near future..breakfast is fixed..Stuffed Parantha with Curd...good stuff...we had lunch also...it appears that they order out and a menu card bearing name of some eating place is available in the room...food was good...decent portions...spicy..packaged thali was also available...food takes about 20 minutes to deliver...The elevator is available and works properly...serving staff is decent. The location of the hotel is good and close to market..Tax (Ols/Uber) / Auto is readily available..Recommended for a short stay.

when i checked in the room was so unkept and smelling of cigarette, that we had to ask for another room. The next room i got was little better but the AC had no temperature control settings. Even a bottle of water was charged at Rs 40/- in the room. In total a very BAD experience

Conveniently located close to Nehru place metro station, nicely maintained boutique hotel with well done rooms. Breakfast is also good. Stayed here for a week and it was worth every penny. Will highly recommend this.

Not good location for rsst but hotel Rooms are too good ,Large and clean.hotel staff is very nice and humble.Service is fairly good,bathroom is also well equipped with hair dryer and other amenities like bath tub and wifi etc.

Its a bed and breakfast place setup in a bungalow. Also named Casa Royal. Slightly difficult to find at first but once you figure out its actually a good location.
The rooms are large and so is the bathroom. The room was nice and clean with clean sheets. Food was out of the world and service was also great. In fact I loved the food so much that I had every meal out there preferring it to any outside food.
Location-wise its a 2 min walk from Outer ring Road and about 5 kms from Hauz Khas metro station. There is nothing to eat around this so thats a bit of a disadvantage but the great food at the hotel more than makes up for it!
