nothing is royal about royal garden!
I had checked in a room which
1. was infested by bed bucks and and other flying insects.
2. the air conditioner couldn't be remote controlled.
3. bathroom was filthy.
4. bathroom tap dint work.
5.towel was not given.
6. pillow was an antique.
7. no night bulb.
only two plus points.
1. located in park street.
2. staff is helpful

I stayed there fur one night as it on Park Street itself.
When I was shown my room. I told the guy I couldn't stay because of the poor quality of the bathroom.
He spoke to the reception and gave me another room. The toilet was just as bad. I understood that didn't have any other option.
If it wasn't for the bad toilets, I would give it 3.

I had booked this hotel last week for 2 night business stay. but I was disappoint. The location is only its plus point. the rooms were dirty. bed-sheets etc were stinking. no window in room. out side of hotel very unhygienic atmosphere. breakfast was buffet. and it was reasonable. but overall its horrible experience.

Nice hotel in prime location clean room good service. And a very good thing is staff's are very helpful staying like homely environment. My stay in this hotel is a good experience. Whenever I'll think of stay in kolkat that will be hotel royal garden

Hotel staff are good and well mannered even hotel food is good .
It is near to 7 Point from where it is accessible to reach many places by bus as well as cab . Hotel is located at a good location from where market and working places are nearby.
