Husband and I stayed for I week in August and had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel, food, service, staff, location which is stunning was all wonderful. There was a wedding during our stay but didn't interfere with us. Would recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet location.

Stayed with my sister in law for three nights. Perfect for a few days away near to Palma but far from the crowds up in the hills . Lovely outside pool to have a swim in or indoor if preferred before delicious ample breakfast in stunning setting and style of old Spanish but tasteful accommodation . Dinner equally great standard of cuisine
Two things -you need a car to explore /go walking etc and beware of weddings being held there avoid Saturday or check with hotel first
Will definitely return - with husbands

A very good hotel with excellent service and a high standard of accommodation. Great food and a beautiful setting. The heatwave meant we missed air-conditioning in the rooms, but that didn't prevent us from having a very enjoyable stay.

Don't get me wrong this hotel has the potential to be fabulous but I don't think I have stayed anywhere where I have been treated so badly by first contact staff.There general indifference on arrival i.e. Basically giving you a key and pointing in the general direction of your room ,no explanation of the hotel services offered and the final nail was after lugging two large cases up a set of stairs and eventually finding our room with the aid of the cleaning staff we found we had been placed in a lower standard room .We had booked a double room with terrace and been given a twin with a tiny balcony.Returning to reception the only solution offered was that the two single beds could be pushed together.I stated that this is not what we had booked and was eventually taken to a double room with a terrace which was very nice and was in fact the standard of room which we had booked and told we can stay here if we want no explanation or apology given.This was such a shame because the rest of the hotel staff work so hard and the service in the bar and restaurant was first class as was the food.This general indifference appeared on our day of departure not even a cursory have you enjoyed your stay etc etc we are not people who like being fawned over but what we do like is the general curtesy that should be afforded to all wherever you may be staying .

When we arrived about 6pm the room we had been allocated had not been serviced, returning to reception to complain I was met with indifference and the receptionist wanted to check the room, I can only assume to prove I wasn't lying! After some scrabbling about we were allocated another room which was a lower standard than we had booked & paid for, with the instruction stay here 1 night & then move tomorrow! Needless to say that wasn't going to happen, both my wife & I were extremely annoyed by this point dragging our bags around in 30degree heat. We were eventually given a "junior" suite for our stay. The room is ok, but there are light bulbs blown & fixtures hanging from the wall.
One morning going down to breakfast we found the entrance to the hotel from our room locked which meant we had to go all around the outside to get to breakfast, when I spoke to reception to understand why I was again met with indifference & no apology, only that I should've had a key on my hotel key ring to open the door, which I obviously didn't have. I am still waiting for the key & the apology!
The hotel is beautiful, as is the pool area & surroundings it is a shame the reception staff cannot match the standard of the hotel & scenery!
Would we stay again? If the rate was favourable, possibly, but at a minimum rate of 170euro per night for a standard room it is unlikely as the service does not match the price.
