Awesome hotel and food here......
Hotel location is very nice near by dalai lama temple and staff is helpfull....
Room was good and there is terrace for enjoying at night time and view of kangra vally was awesome from there i had lots fun there with frndz......

Worst service provided by the vendor! Pathetic rooms at 7th floor , no lift no quilts or blankets were available for night! For one of the room there was leakage in roof ceiling ! Washroom in bad condition ! No proper drainage !

It is a fairly good hotel. However we were given a room on 6 or 7th floor and there was no lift, so it was very annoying. There's not much worthy to eat in restaurant of this hotel. When we visited, wi-fi wasn't working. Location of the hotel is good though.

I had visited this place on Apr 8, and there was nothing which was good about the hotel.
The rooms were horrible
No water
Phone was not working
Every time we had to climb down 5 floors to discuss our issue
Horrible safety for children
The toilet seat was broke
The flush was not working
These guys are Fraud, was about to call the cops before I had checked out. Please be doubly sure before checking in
