I have checked in the hotel today in shirdi It's a 2 day stay. I have booked the hotel through yatra with booking reference id 110875575823
I am really not happy with hotel services/management and the ambiance of the hotel
How can yatra allow hotels to post such pictures in your website whereas when see it , it's totally opposite. Why don;t you verify? Don;t you think your name gets spoiled by such things?
I was not looking for anything luxurious but obviously i would need following
1) If TV is there and it's shown in pics , it should work
2) If they are providing towels ( it should be neat and clean, they have given me the used towels of other guests)
3)Bathroom is leaking from sink area
4)He did not give any buckets, upon asking several times he gave a bucket with pathetic condition
5) He was even asking GST amount of Rs80/- which I am not sure from where it is coming.
6) If it is said 24hr hot water, it should be available.
All the above things were shown fit and fine as per pic.
By looking at above, I don't think i will be using your services anytime in future because this is a cheating that you guys are doing with customers and i will also post negative reviews and ensure people don;t get fool like what we are facing

Nice hotel with Lot's of space on the front. Very calm and peaceful. Rooms are good as the cost is so affordable for nights. The hotel management is also good helping the customers providing info of temple timings near the reception. Also long bathrooms with hot water in the morning. You can also book this hotel through Go-ibibo as there is a board mentioned outside the hotel. I would have rated them 5 on 5 if they have provided the mineral water for drinking. Because there were nothing on the floors as everyone need to bring their own. The space in front helps in parking the vehicles.

we booked this hotel by seeing the photos online. But its completely different in reality. Only reception photo matches. First of all the person at the hotel entry gave us a shock saying our booking is not done eventhough we booked the hotel online and got the confirmation message in mail and sms. After little argument he gave us a room which is very dark. No ventilation at all. We tried to open the windows but saw lot of dust and dirt and left the act. Then he called a lady to clean the room and she wiped the room with such a dirty cloth that the whole room was smelling foul. So we asked him to spray air freshner but he filled phenyle like thing in a spray bottle and sprayed. In the net it was clearly mentioned Free wifi but they doesn't have any.
Frequesnt power cuts were there so during power failure we asked him to switch on the generator for which he refused. All the curtains were torn,extra bed provided to us is also not clean and for that also he charged us separately in cash. No hot water facility and no tea coffee service provided when requested. So totally it was a worst experience. I don't recommend this for family stay. Bachelors can adjust. Only advantage of this place is it is very near to Sai baba temple(only 5 mins walk away)

When I reached a hotel with voucher of trip id no 16032021164,the hotel management not allowed us to check in.
On the same day and time I have made several call to clear trip but no response.
Hotel management said that they have not received payment form clear trip though I paid earlier.
Later on hotel management said that my payment hold by clear trip due to their accounts problem with clear trip.
So we left hotel with out check in .Hotel management has signed in voucher that they have not allowed us.
This i have complained in clear trip though mail when I return from my tour.But till today I am yet get back my money.
My money has been utilized by clear trip and hotel management to sort our their old account problem for which I am not at all liable .
Horrible experience.............friends.
I shall share again if this will sort out.
Please be careful when you booked in future.

I booked it through phone (9665330884). It was a neat & clean hotel for an average price. Best thing was its location. It is only at 5 minutes walking distance from main SAI BABA temple. Hot water was running 24 hours. Though I did not have the car, but owner told me that they had the free parking space. Owner Parul was a humble and kind person. He organised taxi for me to go to Nasik and Aurangabad. Prices offered were competitive. Best is to tell the hotel about food in advance as they do not have it functioning all the time. There are plenty of restaurants in this area.
Free Wi-Fi, only in reception area.
Overall, Good place to stay.
