I stayed in this hotel the last time I was in Ranchi since it was close to the railway station. We were here to attend a relative's wedding.
The hotel staff were very nice to us. Our bed was very clean and comfortable. The washroom was also very neat.
The food that we ordered through room service was very nicely prepared.

The hotel has courteous staff and decent services. If I revisit Ranchi, I may choose to stay in this hotel again. The non-vegetarian food is better than the vegetarian one. My experience with the house keeping staff was at times a little stressful because they would mix up my order or forget to deliver the same. Overall it has been a decent stay for the price that they demand. I chose the bigger room because the other rooms were highly congested. The tariff for the bigger room is negotiable and even without negotiations, it is still affordable.

I stayed here with my family overnight. The hotel is situated close to Ranchi railway station, but secluded from all the rush and noise. Very close to restaurants, market and a super market (big bazaar). They have free pickup and drop facility for railway station. Hotel staff is very helpful. Checkin and checkout didnt take much time. Rooms are decent and clean. When I was at hotel there were frequent power cuts with no power back up. I didnt mind as weather was nice. Large parking space owned by the hotel is adjacent to the premises.
This is a no frill hotel, decent and safe for family stays, and quite easy on your pocket. I recommend this hotel.

Been to Ranchi for friends wedding & stayed in hotel for 1 day only. Room Size was Ok but bed sheets were not very clean. Service was very slow. Every time had to call reception for at least 2-3 times for any order/request. Overall a mediocre hotel.

The room is very small, the service is worst, bathroom is very dirty, the bed sheets were dirty and not properly maintained, bathroom towels were very dirty, the television was not working , the phone was not working at all, even when I asked for hot water for shower the hotel house keeping could not manage it as the geyser was also not working, the food is not good at all.
