Nice friendly hotel with good food
Keith Ron 11/10/2017 18:23Clean, tidy, friendly staff, nothing was a problem and good food. Car park is about 500 meters away and few spaces, no where to park on site.
Basic, but has everything you need, great base if visiting.

Chellodion 29/09/2017 11:22Great hotel. You smell the swimming pool right as you come in which I love. I booked the suite with jacuzzi as I were to celebrate my birthday.

+ Doors so you can close off the living room section
+ Coffeemachine
+ Because I told them I were to celebrate my birthday, they had wrapped candy sprawled all over my bed with a notice to wish me a happy birthday. Really nice gesture
+ Really nice smelling shower gel
+ Bath robe, slippers, extra pillows and blankets available in the room.
- I missed a bottle of water. Partner was sick and needed a paracetamol. Luckily I brought my own water.
Tips:
- The room could use a little renovation. The paint was a little old which why it was letting go.
- You noticed not everybody understood the jacuzzi as the button to activate the jets was pressed many times
- One of the lights didn't switch on
- The couch was a little old

John Lon 10/12/2016 12:08Nice small, clean with comfortable rooms the hotel is in a very good location close to the centre of Bruges if we should visit Bruges again i wouldnt hesitate to return
We didnt eat at the hotel as there is are many very good resturants close to the hotel

Patrick Von 26/11/2016 23:00Room TV has three channels, this was the second room, the first one didn't have a working tv. The chef in the restaurant managed to completely destroy a nice Irish bit of steak by marinating it to death, even the waiter agreed with me on this. All in all an experience not to be repeated ever again.
Haunted room

Spacious room-- we got the quadruple room which was a loft type room (rm 620) We think the room was haunted because we all woke up at 2:10am when the tv suddenly turned on! The upstairs bathroom door also opened by itself! Floors were creaking too--as if someone was walking.
Store for religious items was a bit expensive compared to neighboring stores.
Experience, over-all, was great. We always appreciate excellent customer service esp if any shortcomings of the facilities are negligible.
