I was really touched by the attitude of Mr. Daksh . The hotel doesnt seem to be bothered about money at all . Only thing it is bothered about is customer comfort & satisfaction . I got late for checkout due to Darshan at Tryambakeshwar temple & wasnt able to checkout at the stipulated 11:00am time. I was able to checkout only at 02:00pm . Upon asking about the extra charges , Mr. Daksh Politely declined & didnt charge for the extra stay !! I dont know how to thank him . Money is not the point , but the customer-first attitude .. thats really appreciable .
Another person , I would like to mention is Mr. Deepak Patil , sitting at the reception .. he was really soft-spoken & it was really nice to interact with him

Since my childhood i am going to this hotel it's fantastic as always to stay here. Food is also excellent. But this time we had new dish MASALA KHAKRA which is really good in taste. We enjoyed it. The problem is that this dish is very very costly not affordable. 1st we order masala papad but manager insist for this dish which was not in the menu card. We thought it will be little pricy but never thought that it will cost RS 150 for 1 Masala KHAKRA. They should inform this to customer. Because everyone can not afford this.

Hotel SAMRAT is awesome place I have ever visit.This hotel is tremendously good.Clean and very beautiful atmosphere and very responsive staff.Rokms of this hotel are very clean and have lots of facilities such as hot water,ac, television etc.so if you want to stay in nasik then choose this hotel

Hotel Samrat is best place for stay some days in nasik 2 month ago I was went to nasik for some personal work.This hotel is very nice and rooms service is very nice.So if you want to stay in nasik then please stay in Samrat hotel

Probably the best Hotel in Nasik City in terms of
the following aspects:
Location : Very much Central, public transportation is very easily available outside the Hotel; also an added advantage for me was it was within walking distance from the pharmacy market
Cleanliness and Hygiene standards : Could barely see any stains anywhere , apart from the stain in the common washroom
Food Quality and Taste : Too Good, especially the North Indian main course
Service : Staff is polite and friendly. All you've got to do is to make your requirements specific and leave the rest to them..
... Got a great deal on the Deluxe Room here...
Imagine an A.C Deluxe Room (even though I was charged for Single Occupancy , they gave me a Triple Occupancy Room)at just Rs.1,400/- including taxes and FREE Wi-Fi ... Wi-Fi speed was quite impressive...
Highly recommended to try the Veg Thali, priced at just Rs 120/- including taxes... Light on the stomach and not too heavy on the pocket as well..
Also try the Vegetable Biryani with Curd..
The fragrant Biryani had the perfect mixture of both vegetables and spices and was really tasty.
All in all, a very good experience ...
