Samrat heavens
Once the blue eyed boy of Meerut, it has surely gone on to become an eyesore.....
Let’s start with the good things as always
- food is awesome
- Location good
- Accessibility fantastic
What else, well I really have to delve deep to find any other good thing....
- The service was pathetic
- Lift not working
- The room they provided had a window but opposite the window was a wall !!!!! Are you serious..
- Bathroom not the cleanest
- Staff was too unprofessional
Overall I am sure I am not going to stay there again.....

Stayed at Samrat Heavens while visiting meerut to attend a family wedding. We had booked three rooms and to our surprised none of them were ready when we reached the hotel. They made us wait for around 30-45 minutes and did not have the courtesy of offering water. After much delay we got one room while they continued to prepare another two . The room was big and spacious but quite unhygienic. The inside of the duvet was so dirty .. No towels or toiletries in the washroom .. After many complaints they said that they had run out of towels!...they somehow arranged those .. We could get the other rooms only after lot of reminders.
The breakfast was just about ok ..
The hotel property is quite good and its a pity to see it so poorly maintained

I go to this hotel in 2016 This hotel is on the Top 3 hotels in my view Because this hotel serves very delicious Food and staff is also very good behaviour I suggest this hotel To everyone Go and enjoy Thanks.

If u r in meerut and want 2 have a real feel of this city , must stay here and u will be in best hotel. It was built when no other good hotel was in city , and most of families in meerut spend their weekends in its restorent...I always enjoy here , ....

It's a Very Good Hotel
Staff was verry well behaved.
Though the Entrance does not seem to be too big, but it's good and big when you get inside.
They have a very good singer in the restaurant and food also tastes good.
