We refused room 105 because it was facing the main road which is very busy. After this disappointing start, we manage to get an apartment on the side of the building and the night after a room on the back of the building.
The closed parking can only accommodate 4 cars.
Except those two warning, the staff was friendly, the rooms are extremely clean and the hotel is well maintained.
Therefore only recommendable if you get a room on the back of the building.

The hotel is clean, equipped with all necessary facilities, provides a great service and staff is very thoughtful and caring!We came in late, extremely tired after our road trip and they allowed us to sleep until 1pm without disturbance, showing their understanding to our exhaustion! We were amazed with hotel's conditions and service - it's a FIVE star quality!!!
About rooms - all rooms have air conditioner, wifi, TV, nice large bed, everything! Breakfast is very nice.There's also a free, easy, spacious parking space on hotel's territory.
Me and my boyfriend recommend this hotel for those, who looks for quiet, peaceful, comfortable vacation right next to the beach in FONTANI BIANCA

Room walls were not clean. There were no bedlights, but an unwashed towel under the showers (left from the previous room visitors). Very few toiletry items.
Parking has few places, in a suspicious neighborhood.
Breakfast selection includes almost exclusively pastry.
The reception was friendly, but there are more oases in the desert than english words in her vocabulary.

We were here since we went for a sky diving and hotel wasn't booked directly by us. As soon as we arrived we found that one person wasn't accounted for, but somehow we managed to arranged. And I couldn't tell whom mistake it was since I didn't make the booking directly.
Parking is not a problem, with easy parking just outside the hotel. Rooms are clean and well sized with air condition, bathroom and a shower with very good water pressure. Breakfast was good for what we paid offering pasties, bread, cereals and a small selection of cold cuts. The only problem was the internet which on many occasions had connection problems.
On our departure we had another problem regarding payment which after many time was settled, but again didn't know whose fault it was. Next time I book directly.
All in all I do recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay again.

Hotel San Martino, was a clean comfortable hotel with a good service and delicious breakfast It was conveniently located for visiting Ragusa, Noto and Modica. and had easy parking.
