Quiet and quaint hotel

We stayed there for a wedding and had the best time. Great location, great staff, great breakfast and fantastic view. Great location if you want to visit the Cinque Terre and Lerici. A great place to stay.

Not 4* level!!!

We stayed there just for 1 night (fortunately), and I should say that everything was ok if it was a B&B or hostel. Or maximum 2* hotel. Absolutely not 4* level!!!! From outside the hotel doesn't look like hotel at all. It looks like a shack, so when we arrived by car we were going around because the navigator showed us we were in the destination place, but we couldn't even think in the beginning that it was our hotel! By the way, Later we saw some 3* hotels in the city which were cheaper and looked absolutely stunning from outside! So it was our first disappointment. Then the room. It looked to be clean, but the refurnishment looked very poor and old. We had not sea view room, so our window was facing the road and walking path, and the window was closed so we couldn't see anything outside. The breakfast was quite poor too. The staff (especially the lady at the reception) were kind and helpful, that's probably the only positive thing about this place.
P.S. the bed extremely uncomfortable and the pillow is awful. I woke up with the pain in my back and neck!
Don't recommend it.

Quaint Hotel directly on the beach

San Terenzio di Lerici is the perfect alternative for travelers who would like to visit the Cinque Terre. There is a public bus daily from the Hotel that will take you directly to the port of Lerici where you can take a ferry to visit other towns along the coast.
The beauty of this Hotel is it is directly on the coast. You can hear the water while you sleep! Each room looks out to a large terrace with table and chairs, and sunbeds. The view of the coast is gorgeous. The room is large, very clean and comfortable. The restaurant connected to the Hotel situated downstairs was one of the best restaurants we experienced on the coast.
The only let down was the breakfast. An Ok experience more like a 3 star level.
The staff were friendly and very helpful. They also have a Hotel garage meters away from the complex

Great location

Really liked this property. We had a corner ocean front room, overlooking the decks on the hotel front and to the side. There was a nice balcony with a table and chairs and two beach chairs and the windows were tinted for privacy which was important as we were right in the heart of the complex and almost hanging over the water. The room was well appointed. Great firm bed, nice shower, good Wi-Fi, larger safe, very clean, really everything we look for in a room.

The breakfast buffet was one of the better ones we encountered and it is served ocean front which was a real treat each morning.

The location was excellent, just outside of San Terezno (10 minute walk to the centre of town) on the way to Lerici (20 minute walk to the centre of town), so it was easy to get to restaurants in both towns. It is also a 20 minute walk from the marina and the ferry to Portovenere (which is where the ferry leaves from for the Cinque Terre hike.

I'd provide the cons if I could, but we didn't discover any.

Reasonable hotel let down by breakfast and disconnected from the beach club in front

The location is perfect and also I have to say so is the restaurant downstairs. Breakfast (also served downstairs) however was a real let down. Quality and options very poor.

However, what came as a complete surprise to us is the fact that you cannot reserve a sun lounger downstairs it seems at all. Whilst there is an agreement with the company that controls the beach no priority is given to hotel guests nor were we informed about this issue at all. When we raised the issue the hotels response was literally "how would we know you want to use the beach". I would have thought that was obvious given the hotel is overlooking the beach. The hotel has deck chairs on the roof. After trying that we think it would be more comfortable sitting on a field of solar panels given the heat and reflective brightness encountered.
