What People are saying

Great hotel

Ladybarraon 13/12/2016 17:14

We stayed here overnight, booked via an agent & very happy with both room & service. We couldn't get the heating to work at first but the young lady on reception came up straight away & showed us the trick. We paid to park in the garage as parking is difficult because the hotel is set in the old town, it was 13euros but worth the peace of mind. Breakfast was adequate, both hot & cold food provided. We had a lovely peaceful nights sleep. Would recommend most certainly

Not even close to four stars

machonepointoneon 28/11/2016 21:10

Location OK which is just as well because on the first two nights of my stay both the bar and the restaurant were shut. Meal times are not conducive to someone who may be there to work since breakfast does not start till 0800. I looked in to the dining room and the "hot" food had already been put in place by 0745 so by 0800 it was practically cold. Coffee making facilities in the room did not include either coffee or sugar! The bathroom/toilet area is enclosed with partially frosted glass which makes for very little privacy if two people are sharing and if either of them goes to the toilet at night and switches the light on the entire bedroom is illuminated. Fitness centre is only available for three and a half hours in the evening. Altogether a hotel thoroughly undeserving of a four star rating. Painted ceilings are very nice if you plan to lie on your bed and look at them but they did not detract from the scruffy walls where careless guests had put their luggage.

Lovely, Quaint hotel in centre of Huesca

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a business trip and have to say was quite impressed.
Location wise is perfect for walking about Huesca.

Rooms I thought were pretty nice, lovely bathroom at side of room (frosted glass so no worries there), Air Con was working fine and hotel on the whole very quiet. Breakfast was decent too but perhaps overpriced given the variety and no problems with Wifi. Room was clean on the whole but did notice cobwebs in rafters by air con. Only minor point tho

Had colleagues staying in another hotel but have to say if I need to return to Huesca Id stay here as it more than served its purpose

Very pretty room but smelled slightly - but significantly - of smoke

viewfinder44on 11/10/2016 11:37

A very attractive hotel with nice details in the room (very pretty ceiling and lighting) but we did have a safety issue with the bathroom. One thing can't be changed (the lack of privacy due to glass door - albeit partially frosted - and walls). However, Management, please note that since the shower is over the bath, there should be the usual kind of hand rail installed. There is nothing to hold onto when stepping into or out of the shower/bath (onto a floor that gets slippery when wet too). The situation is exacerbated by the fact that there is nothing to hold onto on the shower screen either as such handle as there is is flush with the screen. Reception fine, parking (paying) fine, smart entrance, situation reasonably central. We wouldn't eat in the restaurant again (separate review) but would consider spending a night in the hotel again if we could get a non-smoking room (our room smelled of smoke on arrival - eventually more or less dissipated by leaving window open etc).

Don't. Just don't.

The AC doesn't work, there's no TV remote, it's dark in the room with all the lights on, the room is tiny and in the eaves, but probably worst of all, the bathroom is in the room. Not en suite, but in the room. I haven't seen the like since being somewhere in France as a child in the 80s and at least then there was a curtain... If you're on your own or like showing off your lavatorial endeavours it may be ok, but not for me.
