Hotel very well located, so it is very easy to reach beautiful sandy beaches of Santa Margherita and Chia. You can also reach Cagliari city center in less than 15 minutes, if you want to visit the city or enjoy its nightlife. Staff of the hotel is very nice and always available for every needs of the residents. Room and cosy, comfortable and always clean. Breakfast is amazing the food is delicious and always fresh. Highly recommended

Top notch service at a very affordable and wonderful hotel. Food was delicious, staff very friendly and accommodating, and room was clean and comfortable. I could not ask for any more. Beautiful view of the flamingos in the lagoon. Great to relax by the pool and enjoy the warm Sardinian weather. It was paradise: refreshing and peaceful.

My husband, our 2 year old and I recently returned from a three night stay at the hotel at the end of our cycling trip in Sardinia. We choose the hotel due to location from our end point of the cycle and proximity to the airport.
The hotel was quiet whilst we stayed and unfortunately it rained/was windy on two of the days but we made the most of it.
The hotel is nice with good sized rooms and facilities in the room we had a ground floor garden room which was idea with our 2 year old. We had an insect net screen which was good and meant we could keep the door open.
The breakfast was okay, the coffee wasn't the best which was a shame but there was plenty of choice for us all.
The pool area was nice, although as in Sardinia it closes during the day. It was cold but it was nice to sit and the play house was also close.
Sadly the area is not the best for eating out. We relied on a picnic lunch each day from the supermarket, which was fine but then ended with pizza for two nights. The area only really has takeaway/fast food places close by, which was fine for the time we were there but if we had been there longer we would have struggled.
The staff were friendly at all times.
Although there are a number of less positives about the hotel it provided us a good end to our holiday and with the wet weather the large room made it much easier to entertain a 24 month old!

Lovely hotel,pool and grounds.Worth paying for a superior room as air con is controllable.
Staff very friendly and helpful and spoke good english.Reception staff were excellent-booking restaurants,karting tracks and boat hire for us.
Must have car to explore the beautiful scenery.
Few restaurants within walking distance and only one really good.All restaurants are very fish based which was a problem for my wife who ended up eating steak,pork. and pizza every night-no chicken anywhere.
Breakfast was only continental and was a bit chaotic-more staff needed.
Beach is walkable but busy. Get sunbed booked at reception as is half price.The beach bar Cayo Loco is a great place with live music some nights.
Watersports are limited and a passport is required for booking.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful and the rooms were great. The rooms were lovely and light and very spacious, we had a king size bed and a balcony with a great view overlooking the pool and garden. There is a very inviting pool area and small play area for children, there is also a gym which is uncomfortably hot inside, there did not seem to be any air conditioning and the machines/equipment appear to be in need of repair/maintenance. The hotel is not in a great location, the area is very industrial and felt like it was in the middle of nowhere, while there are quite a few nice restaurants around the hotel (within walking distance), as well as a little shopping centre across the road, it is quite a drive to the old town, you can catch a bus but walking to the bus stop in the intense heat is not ideal and the last bus returns quite early which doesn't give you much time if you are going out for dinner. While there is a beach just a short walk from the hotel, the surroundings are not very appealing and it was not a beach we wanted to spend the day at looking at pipelines running out into the ocean. All the beaches that are really worth going to (and they are really beautiful) in the area are quite a distance from the hotel and not accessible by bus, taxis were expensive as they charge quite a high call out fee to get to the hotel (due to the location), luckily we had a car and the hotel offers secure parking which is great but having to drive everywhere was not ideal and made our stay in Cagliari a little disappointing. Based on the location (and the location only) of this hotel I would not recommend it for a holiday.
