Very good hotel. I stayed in November 2017. This very good money value hotel in upper mcleodganj. Service is slightly slow. Premium room is so big and clean with modern look. Bathroom are clean with modern amenities and also hot and cold water. But no laundry service. Location of this hotel is very good. This hotel situated in middle of market and just 5 minutes walking distance from DALAI LAMA Temple.

I stayed here from 31st july to 2 nd august and booked 2 rooms- 302,303...perfect location of the hotel.. just 2-3 mins from the main square..stay was comfortable.. spacious well maintained rooms with balcony where u get nice view of the valley.. staff was extra polite and ready to help u anytime..will surely book this property when i visit macleodganj in the near future and recommend this property to my fellow travelers too... nd special thanks to front desk girl( srry i dont knw her name) for her nice gesture...HAPPY HOLIDAYS friends
One recommendation for hotel please try to maintain backside of your hotel clean too... it disturbs the view of the valley from balcony at times... rest everything is good on part of hotel

It was an awesome and comfortable stay at hotel sapphire,
We enjoyed our stay of three nights.
Rooms were really spacious with good size balcony, and their food was also very delicious.

I visited Mcleodganj with my friends in June'17 and stayed at this hotel for 2N/3D. Vikas helped us get a premium room with a great balcony view,even though it was a busy weekend.The location of the hotel is perfect as all the places you need to visit in Mcleodganj will be in close vicinity.
Minor issue was the bugs and small insects, but the staff helped us with that.
With the mesmerising valley view , such small issues are ignorable.
The hotel has a rooftop with proper seating where you can sit and enjoy the view.
The room was spacious and well furnished.
Special thanks to Mr. Vikas who helped us in the booking and the stay till the very end(also in extending our stay as our bus to our hometown was late in the evening though the checkout time was 12PM).
I would definitely recommend this hotel for your next visit.

This is a nice property, with clean rooms of decent size and humble staff.
Make sure you take the room having a valley view. Plus these rooms come with a balcony where you can sit and relax.
This hotel also have a roof top restaurant.
