Good location as it is just beside Lake Pichola, lake view facing spacious rooms are worth in terms of views from their big windows. Service is good considering we reached very early than our check-in time, but still they good prepare the room for us with less waiting time. They have in house roof top restaurant. Breakfast is included but few options. We also had lunch their which was expensive though food was average in taste. I say that rooms lacked the charm because the room was equipped with all the amenities that were mentioned, but it didnt feel to be upto the mark. Curtains were not clean enough. I could find some hair on bed when we first entered the room. so was a bit disappointed.

On lake Pichhola it is a good hotel with some lake view rooms. Bathroom/Toilet even though had an exhaust fan it was ineffective as there was no vent for exhaust. Rooftop restaurant was poorly maintained. Food is served at a very slow speed. Restaurant service was poor.

When we booked our room on MakeMyTrip we where led to believe it would be a lake facing room. Upon seeing the room and experiencing great disappointment we asked to get our money back and go elsewhere but they refused. The room felt like a college dormitory lacking all character and warmth. The hallways are painted gray. The rooftop lacks comfort and shade. I checked out at least 8 other hotels nearby all of which where as cheap or cheaper and filled with a authentic Rajasthan feel and more interesting spaces with good views. To add insult to injury when we left the hotel the front desk asked us for 1500 tax without telling us we would pay when we first got there. Of course we refused because we already payed on makemytrip. What the HECK???
Childs Review of the place
Hi! We stayed at this Hotel and found it incredibly Uninteresting. We wanted our money back but they didn't hand it over. After that just for fun we checked other hotels. One cheaper and more pretty offered us a room for 2000. Unfortunately we where stuck in our DORM! It smelled moldy. I did not like it. :( Also the front desk wanted us to pay MORE FOR TAX!! Really?? I mean come on! Who surprises the costumers with Tax at the very end? NO WAY!

Booked this place for 11 members - 4 rooms. Amenities were as expected and upto the mark. Lake facing rooms are worth. Breakfast lacks few options.
Location is good but difficult to take your car all the way near hotel.
Food is really expensive.

They gave us their best. Rooms were neat & tidy & clean. Service was beyond expectation. People manning the reception were ever so helpful ! Food at their restaurant ' Shamiana Rooftop Restaurant' was very good . Would love to go back again.
