This hotel requires a lot of attention to detail to right the numerous issues and reflect its 4* status. The following is an example of the issues found on a short stay:
Given a single room (couple staying).
No Heat/hot water on Christmas day and no staff member on duty at reception.
Overpriced drinks - did not have to sign for them but would recommend you do this or pay as you go.
In room safe instructions did not work without use of a key which was provided on request.
Several light bulbs in both the room and hotel common area not working.
Confusing hotel layout.
Incorrect food description on menu; grilled salmon = pan fried sea bass.
Limited repetitive breakfast offering.
Poor Wi-Fi - very difficult to use in room and slow in reception.
Difficult to charge electrical devices - very slow.
Otherwise - comfortable, quiet hotel and staff were helpful. Dinner offering were generally of good quality.

I booked 4 bedrooms, on arrival 3 were standard doubles and one was a delux. Overall there was no real diference to the bedrooms. The rooms and hotel were clean but the showers lacked water pressure at times. Good parking below the hotel which was free to use. Good breakfast offering though I can't say the evening offering was great, just not to our liking, the hotel could do so much better. Would I stay again, probably if the price was right.

This is a lovely hotel and the staff are fantastic - very helpful and most bi or tri- lingual so German and English are spoken with equal ease. The hotel itself is beautiful, room sizes are generous and breakfast is all you could ask for.
There seemed to be some things missing - little touches like fresh flowers and a more extensive bar selection . I wondered why and discovered that they are in receivership and looking for a buyer and/or investor so obviously watching the pennies. It would be a shame to see this lovely place head downhill so I hope they find an investment angel soon.

Seven of us tried the Indian Schick menu. I had the "Pork Vindaloo" which was offered with pasta so opted for a plain rice. On the whole the main courses were cooked reasonably well. There was a painfully long wait for the food and some quite surly service. My conclusion and that of the groups was a interesting idea but not really thought through. Please can anyone explain why poppadums alway cost a fortune and are never cooked properly in continental Europe compared with a typical Indian restaurant in G Britain.

The chalete is new and has what you need in the kitchen has 2 A/C units and the bed room in the top clean and orgnized .
Need a batter furnitures and need to change the bed and bathroom tawels.
Over all it is OK
