A surprise
irenejoan1950on 16/11/2017 18:12THis hotel was a pleasant surprise in the heart of Segovia opposite the cathedral the old building has been tastefully turned into a hotel. The rooms were clean, tidy and well appointed with kettles and tea and coffee in each room. The staff were friendly and there was a small bar available. The food was delicious with thought given to the food allergies of the visitors and alternatives provided. The breakfast was usual continental one with cereals and different breads and sweet cakes. I would return to this hotel which appeared well run with a small friendly staff and the advantage of it's position in the heart of this historic city.
Everything was good except the shower!
Tai856on 01/11/2017 19:48We stayed for two night. The location is excellent. It’s situated right in the center of the old town... in front of Cathedral de Segovia. It’s very convenient to walk to all the famous monuments. The check in was fast and simple. They also provided the valet parking service. I forgot my cell phone in the car and they called me up and asked if I wanted it and when I said yes, they brought it up to my room. That was very nice of them. The breakfast was sufficient. The room was charming and cosy. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that was a down side was the shower. The water was barely hot! It was quite cold at night and it was terrible to shower in a lukewarm water!

Peter Kon 28/10/2017 14:22We liked this hotel very much and will certianly come back. Perfect location: in the heart of the old town at the Plaza Mayor. Good service, a nice room, simple but clean , spacious and a view at the Plaza, and a good breakfast. And this all for a very fair price.
Perfect Location!
AIR12345on 22/10/2017 21:33Perfectly located on the main plaza in town. The hotel is in a beautifully refurbished old residence. Our room was small but nicely appointed with modern fixtures. The room was spotlessly clean. We appreciated the valet parking. Service was not exceptional but fine. One down side was that the TV was an older model and did not function well at all. Otherwise everything was tip top!
Great old hotel in perfect central location
Ztraveladdicton 12/10/2017 23:23The hotel is a classic old building in the middle of old town, at the central plaza, across from the cathedral, perfect location to explore the city. The plaza is surrounded by restaurants and cafes, and the ambiance of the hotel and the area is great, beautiful views. The staff is very accommodating and helpful; it was hard to get to it by car, as the small one-way old town streets (esp with construction closings) were hard to navigate, but the hotel staff answered my calls and guided me around; also, the provide valet parking, but as I was leaving very early the following morning, they parked the car around the corner in safe street parking spot, where I could get it early.
