The hotel is good, there is a nice breakfast meal, the design of the hotel and the rooms is very nice. The staff does not know English very well so it's difficult if you are not speaking Spanish. The hotel is 30 minutes drive by car from Madrid and I guess it's more on a public transport. Around the hotel there is a nice mall with a supermarket and a few shops, but there isn't any good restaurant in the area of the hotel. There is also a big beautiful park near the hotel that is great for family activities.
Further more about the rooms, there is a kitchen in most of the rooms that costs more money for use, other than that the rooms are clean and nice and there is a cleaning lady that cleans up the room every day. The hotel does not include gym or a pool but offers a discount for a nearby gym.

Could be so great but missed the mark

Impressive first impression of room but reality dawns quickly. Rooms are cold. WiFi is crap in the rooms. You need to wander the halls if you need to dowin load anything. Reception is tired and needs renovation. Fine for one night but no longer than that

Spacius and that is all

spacious room and that is the only positive thing I have to say about this hotel , bed was very basic and uncomfortable. we also had huge wall as for our view and WiFi didn't work unless you stand in the hallway.
this hotel is beside a mini mall and supermarket.

What a gem of a find. We booked this hotel for a stopover on the way to the UK ferry and cannot complain at all. We booked the romantic deal which came as a junior suite with a bottle of sparking wine, chocolates, a host of other goodies, free breakfast and free parking and as a bonus 500 yards outside the hotel is a shopping mall with a mixture of food outlets. The staff were helpful and very professional.......and all this for £60. Definitely stay here again.

Lovely room but not great facilities in hotel

We stayed 3 nights last weekend at the hotel and found the family room to be lovely and in a really good location. It was an easy drive into central Madrid with the Warner Studios only 15/20 mins away in the car.
Unfortunately, on Saturday evening we arrived back from Warner to find that the restaurant and bar were closed to all hotel guests as there was a holy communion and a wedding reception taking place there. It would have been helpful if the hotel had informed us in the morning or had put a sign outside in the foyer so we could have planned our evening meal as after being out all day in the park it was really frustrating to have to venture out again (and at this point it was pouring with rain) to find somewhere to eat with our two kids in tow when all we wanted was a hot meal and a bath. Oh, and every Sunday the hotel restaurant and bar aren´t open for dinner either.
All of the staff were really lovely and helpful but there was one guy on reception who acted like he was doing us a favor by speaking to us and was just plain rude when I asked about the hotel parking. Due to his attitude we decided not to bother parking in the hotel and parked down the street. Such a shame as the rest of the hotel staff we spoke to were really nice and friendly.
