We were at servigroup castilla for 5 nights for the benidorm festival, it's a great hotel, the staff are all very nice the beds are comfy had new beds in our room, and the food was great, plenty of variety and all tasted great, even do a roast beef dinner on a Sunday. The hotel is set back from the town so you don't get the noise of all the bars in the night but it's only a few minutes walk from the beach. I would be very happy to go there again

Have visited this hotel on numerous occasions over the past few years.Lasy year I said we were disappointed with food however this visit we were very pleased with food seems to have improved considerably.Plenty of choice something for everyone. Hotel kept spotlessly clean linen changed everyday toiletries provided and replenished daily free safe and also price of bottle of water reduced from 1.25euros to 1.00 euro result.!! This is a quiet hotel so if you are looking for peace and quiet this is the place to be. We have just returned from a weeks holiday so most of guests pensioners at this time. We have visited hotel at different time since of the year and would say most guests are middle aged which suits us. All staff extremely polite and helpful.Hotel only about ten minutes stroll from promenade and entertainment.All in all a lovely hotel would certainly recommend it.

absolutely lovely hotel, great staff and very clean,quiet and relaxing i would have gave it 5 but very disappointed now tea and coffee in room and the pool was very cold.Very close to everything without being noisey would definately go back x

Great hotel with excellent food choice and central location and in quieter location. No queing for sunbeds. Small pool but wasn't that busy probably as weather was poor. Yes in August. Rooms very nice and always fresh towels so overall would go back again.

Bit long winded We booked holiday/ hotel / transport via Travelrepublic and was really pleased with the location/ food/ room pool area etc and had a good holiday , Staff where very pleasant and helpful except for this one incident, as below.
We where dropped off by the bus company Abas at the front door of the hotel and was told that we would need to check our pickup time with reception the night before departure which we did and was advised 7.25 am by the young lady on reception and she also asked if we would like a breakfast snack which they arranged. Next morning we arrived at approx 640 am and had breakfast and then went to the front of hotel and waited until 7.40 am for our bus which failed to appear, our letter from Travel Republic said pickup was on Calle Jaen which is the front of the hotel . when I went into the reception and asked the guy who was there to phone the bus company he asked our room number and when he turned the folder round it quite clearly said that pickup was at the back of the hotel and then started to slag of the bus company and said he wouldnt use them , he called there number a few times and said they where cutting him off and eventually when he did get through said they didnt have any way to get us to airport on time, subsequently he booked us a taxi which cost us 73 Euros. I have complained to Travelrepublic with no luck as Abas the bus company sent me a copy of the Email they sent to the Hotel stating that the pickup was at the back of hotel . This was very frustrating and so easily avoidable if they had told us to go to back of the hotel.
