Uncooperative staff.
No water in the rooms.
No cattle
No soap.
No towel.
They don't provide even after repeated requests.
Staff is very arrogant.

Very bad hotel in service manner And staff is totally non co-operative.....at reception we had given request for breakfast in morning just to make 15 minutes before regular time, but they denied and made all the breakfast 30 minutes late then schedule time.... After this incident they didnot also prepared a good breakfast ....they haves only bread no butter ...when we had asked them for bread butter they said itnis chargable....even no tea pot or coffee pot there.......very bad ......not recomnded........its very painfull experience of our trip.....

Hotel Shagun is multipurpose hotel where we had experienced nice stay for three days as well as food time too. its total valued of money because not at much cost great services we enjoyed, Hotel is located middle of the city and we like that from hotel all transportation services were easily available,

Nice big rooms but very problematic wi-fi. You have to log in to some exterior company so you need a working phone number in India. Wasted an hour and gave up. It does work in the reception area but not on the second floor. Shame

After I denied to stay in the Hotel Silky Resort . Trip factory people shifted me to Hotel Shagun . The Hotel Management sent vehicle for me to shift from Hotel Silky Resort and they have arrange complimentary Dinner for me on Dtd 02/06/2017. They are professional people and nice with me and good dinner , Good breakfast and overall Experience with the Hotel is good . I can say one can stay in Hotel with family .
