Location: Prime very close to hustle bustle of Majestic Kolkata walking distance from Esplanade, Maidan, Chowranghee etc.
Staff: Good and really helpful
Food: OK
Amenities: Just OK, old property, should be renovated

* Very old furnitures and utensils
* Bad smelly room
* No hand shower in bathroom, flush doesn't work.
* No complimentary breakfast and water.
* Too much costly but very poor quality services.
* NO LIFT
* Staffs are ill mannered and works if only tips are given.
* Location is good.
* Very near to Newmarket and bigbazaar

Location is very good but found odour in the rooms.Also rooms were little bit small in size . Staff behaviour was very good and the food quality was very good but the price was on higher side. So overall it was ok.

Service was good and very pleasant.
Room was little small and only for two people.
Location is very good, best thing is that hotel is near by Esplanade metro.
Service and support from hotel was good.
I booked hotel through oyo, when I complained for the room size then immediate action has taken from that end, that was too impressive.

When I booked a room there last year, they took extra Rs 400/- per day for giving me an A/C room which they show the management a Non A/C room. The staffs are cunning, always ask for tips & the receptionists are lier & cheap persons.
