As already mentioned in the title of the review the big and spacious rooms of this hotel might be the usp for the hotel.This hotel is highly suitable for families of 5-6 members.The overall management of the staff was seen in their service on time. The in room food serving was quite comfortable and was very convenient for us.The hotel is having free wi-fi which was working perfectly.A nice experience with the hotel.

Terrible! The rooms don't look as though they have been cleaned/decorated in an incredibly long time. Room was very dirty. Very bad smell, very bad smelling blanket. Very old hotel. Not go with attractive picture. I think that picture was 10 to 15 year back. Food quality was very poor. Only one thing is good there that Mr. Ashok Manager is very co-founder operative person.
In conclusion, I'd wouldn't recommend that you stay here, keep looking!

This is my family trip on last week, my relatives suggested me this hotel , actually shambhu hotel is budget hotel with good location near to mall road , walking distance to taxi stand , good rooms , clean and antique look. There was no noise and crowd near the hotel , the service staff was very concerned and cooperative. I strongly recommended this hotel to the travellers.

When you get down in Darjeeling you can find out a huge number of hotels . Each and every road has hotels. Shambhu Hotel has its own reputation. Most of the tourist lands up there for their good name. Food was good and rooms were really big. It was a nice stay there .

This place is just awesome. In the lap of nature this hill station is one of the best tourist destinations in the world. The most attractive place is the tiger hills which must be visited in early morning.
The culture, language and the people are very nice. I would like to go to to the place over and over again. Now coming to the hotel, the facilities were good but the service was not up to the mark. The views from the hotel was average but the food was good.
