I have visited this hotel in sep 17.
Location is good it is near by mall road.max 5 min. Of walking of mall road from this hotel.But the management is not good.last time i have booked a room for 5 occupancy and we have reached here by 10:15 am but the check in timing was 11 am.. For this 45 min. Of early check they have charge us 1k INR on the checkbout date and when i have asked for the same and orignal copy of receipt,they does not provide us the bill for same.They does not know how to talk with clients.i have booked via GOIBIBO..
Worst management for the same.

Booked 2 rooms in hotel due to anticipation of heavy rush on 13 aug 17 for one day. Surprisingly normal interconnected rooms were provided for two families (4 adults & 2 kids).
By mistake all the pax details were not mentioned while booking online & 15-20 calls attempted to update the info but noone responded on landline & mobile no, s.
Frontdesk proclaimed additional charges for remaining persons, when visited hotel but didn, t work as i had already mailed to sangrila & goibibo.
Parking is not available though one can park on the road by paying 100rs.
Carrying luggage is another concern through multiple stairs downwards.
All of the above nobody will be available before 8AM in morning.I had to leave early for Khajjiar but gate etc. were locked till 8 am.
Food quality is average & overpriced.
I prebooked this on the basis of repo of delhi & Kalpa branches but not justified.

We booked this hotel thinking that it is in the Mall road, a most happening place in any other city.But here this hotel is situated in some obscure road where nothing is there .Place is situated at about 1.5 kms away from the bus stand.Hence we have request the hotel staff to call a taxi each and every time we go outside.
The room was O K.toilet was clean.We had food through room service.and it was O K.
There was no WI FI .But the staff provided us with a dongle for few one hour.

Perfect location within walking distance of all major facilities and attractions. Rooms are airy and well lit, staff is well trained, food is top notch. Ample parking available is a major plus. Recomnended to stay here if visiting dalhousie

A very chic quaint and well located hotel. It's on the mall road between Subhash and Gandhi chowk which is the best location. Neat clean and well appointed rooms and bathrooms, fabulous food, good service. Overall a great stay experience and I would recommend staying here whenever you visit Dalhousie
