I am regular customer of hotel shanta inn lucknow
I visit every month in this hotel
My experience was always awesome with this hotel.
Very prime location with good food well behavioured staff ..5 stars

It was a beautiful stay with Hotel Shanta inn Lucknow..... Very positive attitude with respect n humble of Mr Ajay Gaur.. GM..Of this property........ Cool staff...... Coperative staff .....there is little issue of housekeepin otherwise it was fantastic... Sahi main Nawabi hospitality hai yaar.

I think we get very attractive rates because of last minute booking , rooms were very good staff was helpful , dinner also nice , very near to railway station , however scope of improvement - like due to window AC lot of noise

Not a good option.
Everything needs improvement.
Rooms, restaurant everything..
Actually the reception people seems to be helpless when reported about the non clean rooms...
Would not suggest this hotel..

To start with the name is shanta inn apart from the various other names it has.
The hotel is located at bans mandi which is again a point to all major nearby locations and not so hard to locate or get lost in the vicinity. Its all parallel roads linking one other .
its a long drive from the airport.
The traffic is mad.
Morning rush hour is the worse.
Now, the hotel has various rooms and suites .
Stayed in the deluxe category which was kinda very moderate by the tariff .
The place is well maintained.
The rooms are very clean.
The bathrooms are quite big.
The Bed and the linens were of good quality.
The serve complimentary breakfast which was ok.
The room service menu was good, but your average menu nothing like the proper lucknowi food.
So, if your at lucknow and dont prefer spending a lot on your stay but yet having a good experience this is a must check inn.
Definitely worth the money you pay which again doesnt prick your wallet.
All in all
It was a good time at the property.
