This is an amazing location in Skovde, up on a hill with the view of Skivde city 🌃
The hotel seems huge and very old, smelled terrible in the room, asked to please be changed to another room, we did get a better room thst did not smell but the bathroom was terrible very hard to turn on the water. Definitely needs remodeling, it has terrible water damage on the carpets on the corridors, etc
The testaurant ud Outstanding, most Delicious dinner ever!!! Beef with onions, pickeld salmon appetizer, triple chocolate sample dessert!!! Wow!!! Delicious!!! Excellent service too!
Wonderful spa, great massage and wonderful indoor pool.

Opened 1970 on the hillside by Skövde. Very well maintained. If you like retro seventy feeling this is it. Time have stood still. The room was very clean and the bed was firm and nice. My had a fat TV, retro but not for me.
The food in the restaurant was very good.
The best part was breakfast. First the view. What a view! Breathtaking! The breakfast had everything including Belgian waffles. A very nice stay that I could return to.

Standard room with two beds. The room was clean but appeared old fashioned and could do with a touch up. The bath room has been renovated I believe. Corridors are long and plain and the carpet certainly has seen better days. There is a small skiing slope outside the hotel as well as a very nice crazy goof course. You could come for the skiing, but visiting Skövde outside the skiing season you have to take into consideration that this hotel is some distance from the town centre. The staff was very friendly and even though the hotel could do with a some renovation I would still recommend it. After all there is a spa, a gym, and a swimming pool.

Went here with the family and considering the cost we expected decent standard. My wife was here over 20 years ago and everything looks the same. The only difference is that know they can't afford descent staff. Our recommendations is to go elsewhere.

Poor standard of room, no value for money. The gym is also closed for renovation and no information in advance or on site is given to guests. They offer one yoga mat and some weights to use instead next to the indoor pool area.. When complaining all I got was an apology....Thanks to Crossfit Skövde for letting me train there today! And when coming back tonight, the room has not been cleaned and receptionist "has to check it out".... still no feedback from reception....It is so easy with small means to make an unhappy customer happy but unfortunately I don't get that impression from this hotel.
