Clean rooms, friendly staff and good location.
The hotel is around 2-3 Km from Central Bus Stand and about a Km away from Baba Petrol Pump (dropping and boarding point to Mumbai and Pune).
I kept my luggage after check-out for almost full day and the manager was really helpful, he also offered me temp room to freshen up.
I was on a solo trip and the staff helped me with the way I should travel to explore as much as I can.

have you ever stretched the wings of your imagination by fancying that there could exist a hotel, staffs of which indulge in watching CID on Sony in every monsoon-soaked evening? no need to. in reality there exists one. and it is none other than this. Shiv Tej Residency. we were young. and we were careless in booking a hotel before we ventured out. so after we got down on Aurangabad Jn, took an auto, the autowala on being told that we did not book any accommodation, took us this hotel. they took 1900 rs daily for a simple a.c double occupancy room. me and my sibling were there. the room was nice though the room was very simple. but we liked it. it was our first time in Aurangabad, so everything seemed to be quite fine. the staffs were quite helpful and they gave us all possible guidelines about every tourist destination. remember it is a complete Maharashtrian type pure veg hotel, though a staunch non veg, we ate in the breakfast pau bhaji, it was awesome. it was stunning red, smoking, butter basted. we ordered for consecutive three days we stayed over there. especially my sister admired it so much.
and never forget to try out the tiny ice cream parlour over there. it is also worth mentioning

Better and reasonable place to stay.
Nice room service. But not good for food as it is highly priced. Staying is good.
Sorry for not having pics r8 now.
Easy to reach to railway station, bus stand and good transport communication around that place...konkanwadi chowk.

I stayed in this hotel in Aurangabad as I wanted to go Ajanta caves/ This is situated at around 2 KM from the bus stop. Got real nice deal for this hotel from Make My trip . It was really nice staying here.

i have stayed for almost 15-20 days it was like a home away from home the rooms were cleaned while returning from office and every thing was perfect in the evening mr yash kshirsagar was very helping.the management was also very eager for helping you.
