Great Services from the Shivoy Hotel We had enjoyed while our stay, I had booked this hotel on the time of arrival they provided me pick and drop facility from the hotel and in hotel too. warm welcomed by hotel staff, hotel location was the best for me because all transportation services connected to this place as well as easily available transportation from the main gate of the hotel, hotel building was very big and amazing infrastructure of building made me happy as well as interior was very beautiful, room was also the best all necessary facilities were i found in the room, really it was nice time enjoyed at hotel.

Put simply... the hotel is not good. At best it can be called a below average hotel... but there are not many options in Gorakhpur. So, from that perspective, you can stay in it. The location is a decent one and food is also okay.

Beautifully done rooms, quick service and centrally located. Shivoy is a very good property in Gorakhpur, though priced slightly higher. The restaurant is a bit shabby though and the wifi was infrequent during our stay. But rooms beautifully done and priced around 5k with tax.

Shivoy hotel is the one of the best hotels is Gorakhpur, staffs are well mannered, neat andclean rooms, location is good.
Quality of the foods and meal is fantastic, i visited this hotel in November that was a nice stay,

Hi. I stayed at Gorakhpur on 14th February 17 and stayed in a deluxe room. The tariffs was matching with any good quality five star hotel.
The ambience and location is good. Dinner was average by Breakfast was very good. A lot of food. Thanks
The worst part house keeping. Cockroaches found on centre table. Stale flowers full of dust, dirty towels, and non working toilet lock.
I complained at the reception but fallen flat. The counter was non responsive. Also the behaviour wasn't up to mark.
Highly overrated and over priced. Stay only when you do not have any alternative. Thanks.
