Good backpacker or budget hotel.
Don't expect too much and you'll be happy if you just want something cheap for a night or two. Did not book beforehand.
Helpful guy with OK English, but tries his best. Helped us with bus information.

Mr. Nagar was really polite and helpful, more than expected, I paid 500 rs for a main room, it was okay, just keep on mind that if you travel in Winter you may not have warm wáter, for the rest I was happy, it also has a garden. It is 2min walking to get to the Taj Mahal gate.

We stay there on 20th May 2016 , over phone they confirm Air cool room @ 600 All inclusive of taxes in EP plan ( room only basis) , train was delayed so we reach hotel at 3.pm , ambiance is not at all impressive. However , out of 2 room we ask for in one room Air cool system is not working so they offer another 4 bedded room & one Dbl bed room , in both the rooms Air cool system FAN is not working properly, very poor maintenance. Kitchen is closed, not even tea is available.They don't even arrangement for purified water at Kitchen , no restaurant . Toilet is so so. not recommended. One surprising thing is they make the record in the register but , don't issue the bill. we travel to Agra once every year , definitely we will avoid this hotel in near future . Only pus point is close to TAJ West gate

We paid only 300 rupees for the hotel. It was amazing. Not just for the price but in general. We asked for toilet paper they provided it any request we had was fulfilled promptly. Our favorite part was the staff. They were attentive and very kind. Bobby is an amazing cook and provided some of the best meals we have had thus far.

It was very cheap 300-400 Rs per day and near of Taj. You can leave there, just:
1) Check the cleaning immediately. Require to change sheets and clear room, if it necessary. Pay only after satisfaction this requirement.
2) Eat more better in Jag prem restaurant (40 m Ost on road)
3) enjoy!
