1) Poor service: The staff service is poor. They will not get your clothes ironed. They spoiled my white shirt that I was going to wear for the dinner. I went to the reception to get my shirt, they said they will have to send a boy to find the boy who had taken my shirt.
2) They served me lunch 40-50 minutes after I ordered. They do not value your time.
3) When I had to rush to the airport for my flight, they asked me to go to the ATM to pay them by cash because they don't accept cards.
4) I wanted to use the room only for 5 hours and they still charged me per night rate(reduced Rs.200 only).

The Noise in this hotel from the whistling trains is awful. You cant sleep here unless you've procured a pair of ear plugs or earphones to kill the noise. The train tracks are a few meters away from the hotel. The rooms are not very clean and the toilet stinks of urine from previous guests or prolly used by the janitors themselves when rooms are empty....who knows.

Wonderful restaurant in a prime location.Food is really tasty and sea food is ravishing.The variety of items from drinks to all types of food is refreshing.But prices are on the higher side.If you have your wallet filled up,you can definitely go for a wonderful time.

Spacious and comfort. Food is good. market is nearby, proper location, centrally located, nice time to stay, transportation is very good, finally its a good hotel and centrally located. staffs are good,

Room was a bit small and bathroom needed some repairing. Staff were helpful. Didn't have food so cannot comment. Beddings and linen were stained visibly to ask for changing. Cleanliness was average. Could be good for a night stay. The good thing is it's budget.
