First of all it was too hard to reach the hotel and after 4 pm mall road is closed for all commercial vehicles so we had no option but to exit taxi and reach hotel on foot. We called hotel staff and they came to guide us the road but still it was not t easy to manage. When reached hotel check in was in time and all ok. Inside the room cleanness was not well and bathroom and room and most of the accessories was not clean. Attached images can show the real review of the hotel room and hotel. It’s worse than any one star hotel.

Very comfortable stay.All staff members and attendants were very courteous and helpful. Truly an exotic experience as far as food is concerned as Moti Mahal Deluxe restaurant dishes are the best at an ideal price.Views are the only thing which arnt there from balconies but overall a great stay..Shall surely repeat and recommend

Rooms were clean. Staff was good. We booked this hotel on new year evening where my husband got serious ill and fainted by passive smoking (Might be Drugs) by the three guys sitting next to us or may be some other reason but they the owner of the hotel took him to govt hospital instead of some good Private hospital for which i asked for.. If there would be cctv camera's installed in the restaurant then this could have detected that what was the reason behind that but staff was very helpful so they helped us a lot...

The property is located near picture palace. Seems newly built. Rooms are good with valley view but service is average. Didn't have food so can't comment but they Moti Mahal deluxe restaurant in their hotel so I can assume it would be good. You can better options in this price range.

This was the second visit and this time with a group of 15 members. This hotel unlike other hotels is not money minded ..has excellent accommodation and service .Hotel Owner Sameer ensures every guest feels at home .I would choose this place over and over again for his warmth and hospitality .We were there for new year's eve which so far has been the best eve in last so many year. Sameer interacts personally with all guests to ensure they have comfortable stay .
