Staying in this accommodation, while giving this review. Checked in 21Nov 2017
1. Staff - Professionalism missing from reception to restaurant and room service.
2. Breakfast - They have limited only 2 eggs per person and will deny from offering more. No sugarfree available.
3. Room - Gold room size is decent, but there are other associated issues like -
a. Too much traffic noise
b. Less hot water in toilet
c. Hair dryer not working
d. Faulty flush
e. Broken hook in the washroom, behind the door
f. Washbasin and foucet gap is so narrow , that you can't wash 2 hands at a time.
g. Pressure in the jet is very less and almost unusable
4. Appliances - Electric kettle (rust inside and dirt) and Iron board is in bad shape/quality. I used iron on my shirt and saw a black mark coming off the iron on my shirt.

I have stayed in this property while visiting Mumbai fir business purpose. The location is good. Service and amenities are ok as per the price. Food here is not that great. Overall its an average place to stay for a day or 2 specially when you don't want to travel far from main business areas.

Decent place right in Andheri. Service is good. Evening snacks can be avoided from restaurant. Meeting rooms may be hired. Restaurant in the hotel, breakfast is good. Staff can be cordial to guests coming for meetings

An interesting location, very close to Mumbai International Airport.
Good value for Money stay with Hygenic Bed & Bath.
The Indian Food quality is good & homely taste, if given a choice, can stay again.

Good Hotel in Andheri & its about approx. 3 km away from International airport..Good Hotel in terms of Service & Privacy..Well maintained Rooms & Hygeine foods are offered..Supportive Staff..Room rates are affordable.
