From the moment we arrived the reception staff were friendly and polite. We stayed in room A7. We over looked the road and we had a giggle watching the world go by. I thought it might be noisy at night time but to my surprise we slept very well. The staff are so friendly and polite, I wanted some flowers to take to the cemetery and Prim/ Norman had them delivered to the hotel for me now that’s what I call service going above and beyond. I really couldn’t thank him enough for what he did. So we want to say a massive thank you to all the staff and management. Leicester you should be so proud of your staff they are a credit to your hotel

Staff at this hotel are fantastic, and really make it feel like a home away from home. They are friendly and helpful.
Pros: Staff, Room Service, Location, Restaurant attached, Pool.
Cons: Bathroom for me needs a bit of attention, i hate to mention the unreliable WiFi but I'm sure others may point it out but didn't have a big impact on my holiday.
All in all, I'd love to stay here again if i return to Goa.
Highly recommended, was sad to leave.

From arrival to check out, the staff were the most courteous I've come across.
Room was very tidy and spacious with great air con and a fridge, we even had two balcony areas (B10).
Washroom was basic but it's hot water so not complaining.
Breakfast is limited but suits everyone.
The pool area is clean and cosy. I loved it.
Fabulous area, so close to the beach and lots surrounding the hotel, but has a calmer, more relaxed atmosphere compared to popular calangute.
Angaraa restaurant attached to the hotel has the best steak in town and provide great room service!!!
Would definitely stay again.
9.5/10.
(Washroom could do with a little tlc )

Very good and peaceful hotel. The location is very near to beach and Room are well clean, well maintained with ambience and perfectly value for money. I recommend to stay here it is a good family hotel.

A good staying option very near to Condolim Beach. Budget hotel but the basics like water (hardly costs) have to bought. Delicious food with their Angara restaurant. Very limited breakfast if you select complimentary.
