I visited this place as part of a marriage party during May 17. The stay at Hotel Sita Kiran turned out be very disappointing. The rooms are not well kept, toiletries were not provides, water in bathrooms was almost black in colour, no one attends to house keeping and reception attended did not respond to requests to intervene. Staff attends to you only if you pay them tips in advance. cleanliness of the rooms and hotels was really bad. No one cleans it till late in afternoon. Waiters and service boys, it appears, do not take bath and change clothes for weeks.
overall a terrible place with unfriendly people. Not recommended to stay.

Stayed only for a night in this hotel and attended the marriage function in its banquet. Found this place quite well. The food was tasty and lots of variety is there and the hotel staff has managed every thing quite well.

Very well maintained hotel in the heart of city, very delicious food, neat & clean& very well decorated furnished rooms, guest friendly staff.
I highly recommend this hotel for business person and families.

I reached the hotel on 7th 4rooms were booked Royal Rooms but they were not in good condition so the owner shifted to Luxury Rooms but hot water was the issue which I have addressed but not rectified.
Mr.Jitender was very generous and service staff and the gentle man who assisted us for our luggage. and the person at reception. Entire team of Mr.Jitender was good and helpfull.I have told the owner that he had to do something for refurbishment.

We stayed in this hotel from 29th Dec to 31 Dec 2016. All interior and facility in this hotel are out dated but cost compare to other hotel is too high ( Rs. 2,000) is totally unjustified room rate Even rate of food are also very high .
