Good helpful staffs
Rooms looked nice with interior designs but small for a family. Bathroom cleanliness was average as tiles,shower doors were dirty stained which could be improved for a standard hotel. Walkaway path need to be improved in cleanliness as some meal plates post room service were left and created unpleasant ambience for a decent hotel.

This budget hotel is excellent in terms of cleanliness and services provided. One of the best in the city for sure and the price is reasonable to boot. The only issue is that their complimentary breakfast definitely needs more variety and one day during our stay they even have bread. So overall I will rate is 4 out of 5. Food choice at the restaurant definitely needs to improve everything else is as good as it gets.

Been there for a day. Booked a double room via agoda. The room is very practical, well maintained. Very comfortable bed and value for money.The booking includes breakfast (south indian), which is good.
The only drawback is the parking. The vehicles needs to be parked outside of the hotel or opposite to the room, in front of collector's office. Though the hotel management says, they would take care but you know, there is always that "Uncomfortable" feel parking your vehicle on the road.

This hotel is situated at a place called Sathuvachari, about 1.5kms from New Bus Stand, Vellore. However the drawback is that autos would charge a lot if you are coming from VIT or CMC area.
The only good thing about the hotel is the room, which looks clean, is managed well and doesn't smell like most hotels in Vellore.
The worse part is that one should not expect any service from the hotel. We felt tortured by the receptionist who almost caused us to wait half an hour before we could check-in. All this time just to check our IDs, get it photocopied and pretending to get our room ready. He is expected to be polite to the customers, which he was not and put a condition on us to checkout early next day since we were checking in early!
In the room, we were missing water bottle, menu card, extra bedding which we had booked through MMT and the toiletries. No extra pillow was offered along with the bedding. They didn't have a quilt for the 3rd person so offered 2 bedsheets. The intercom wasn't functioning properly so we had to reach out to reception directly at some moments. The wifi is non-existent and only appears near reception desk.
Needless to say, this hotel is at the mercy of those customers who are forced to come to Vellore for their children studying in VIT or dear ones admitted to CMC hospital. I felt its overpriced being 3k just for its new-like rooms otherwise it doesn't deserve city crowd. Not recommended unless you are out of nearby options.

We stayed here for a day. A small hotel with neat rooms and bathrooms. All the staffs are courteous and very helpful.There is a small restaurant but with lot of options. The breakfast provided was good.
