Pros
The hotel is bang on mall road near the round-about. There are plenty of eateries that are open till late at walking distance. The rooms were clean, housekeeping and room service was good.
The staff was helpful in helping us untie and tie luggage on the car carrier. They even cleaned our car on the day we checked out.
We mostly ate outside the hotel but had one breakfast in the hotel. The staff was cooperative and served the breakfast on rooftop although the cafe on terrace was not functional because we visited in off-season. The food tasted nice and the rooftop is a pleasant experience.
Cons
The rooms are not equipped with geysers and as a result the hot water is available only for a few hours morning and evening (something like 6 to 11 morning and 7 to 10 evening). Since, we were travelling with children, this was a little bit of a challenge.
Besides, the hotel also has timings for meals which is common. But, they do not even provide tea after snack time. So, if you want to have a cup of tea or want milk for children after 7, you will have to step out of the hotel. There are many options for these just outside the hotel.
Because the hotel is on mall road, the rooms do not offer any spectacular views. You will only see the mall road from your windows.
The hotel does not have a parking but the staff will assist you to nearby public parking which we felt were safe. The parking charge was approx 600 to 700 for 3 nights.
It took us a little time to get used to the meal and hot water timings and that was the only problem with our stay. Otherwise, it is safe and all in all had a pleasant stay.

Everything was awesome and we enjoyed so much also and view is not tht much they given me 2nd floor room from their we cant see anything and no bolcony also but food was good only little bit expensive but as per manali its fine and we check out late also so they didnt charge which is really nice and this hotel i m recommended for them who want to do shoping and who's like food their is so many resturant near to hotel only i will stay once again

Its a average hotel with a nice staff .The view from the room was also nice. Market was nearby to the hotel.This hotel is located very near to Mall road. hotel has their own restaurant with nice and tasty cuisines.

Its really a good hotel.
Pros:
Well behave and co operative staff
Cleanliness and very nice rooms.
Good location. On the mall road.
Very big and good heaters...you badly need this from Dec - Feb
Good Food.
Cons:
Hot water comes very late after opening a tap. Lot of water wastage.

We booked a room from 24-Dec 2016 to 26-Dec-2016. Rooms were avg. we got market looking room with no balcony..Room was fine but the curtains were missing the grip on the rod from here n there so we had to check countless times otherwise anyone can peep into your room (As it was market looking and is surrounded by the properties.) hot water was available for limited period (not 24X7) food was fine but not yummy. rest all things were fine. on both the days we got the call that breakfast is ready (which is a good thing) but there were no choice in breakfast. on first day it was Aloo poori and other day it was parantha dahi/tea. Here i expected bit more.. as many a times it happens that u wish to eat something different. As we visited during Christmas.. we expected some special celebrations but nothing was there in the hotel not even special decorations. Rest everything was fine..
