Rooms were ok. Food quality was poor as per the price quoted. Rude and mannerless staff. Staff was not properly trained. Banquet Hall was stinking due to nearby washrooms. Walls of Banquet Hall had seepage. They really need to focus on their room services and proper trained staff else this hotel is going for a toss.

Just Basic Hotel. Stayed there for 4 days.
Only 2 guests including me were present throughout my stay.
Limited Bathroom amenities and hand towels were absent.
AC cooling was very slow due to air filters were not cleaned for years.
Room was clean but was not painted for months.
Same 3 breakfast items were repeated on everyday. Quality was good.
Staff was slow to respond to your queries.
Food not available after 10 PM in the night and hence dint try it at all.
One has to ask for linen change .
No regular drinking water is available and one has to pay 25 Rupees on every bottle you order over and above 1 free bottle per day.
It seems like they might be in a process to sell the hotel to other management.
Everything was just dull.

The interior of the hotel is very beautiful. Services provided in the hotel is marvellous. Love the staffs behaviour and services. Clean and beautiful rooms and Tasty foods. The best quality of the hotel is its infrastructure. All the services are well maintained and runs smoothly. The environment inside the hotel is very friendly. Bathrooms are very hygiene and clean. Well maintained room temperature and pressure. Well defined rooms and huge space.

Nothing remarkable, we were looking for a pet friendly place, en route Goa. Big rooms, food decent, must say service is very nice. a Bit expensive for what the hotel offers, I suggest it as a stop if you are travelling from A to B

Its a good hotel as per rooms are good and well maintained.But the breakfast menu is limited.The way of speaking is excellent. Hospitality is awesome..rooms very good...think customer as god...! Nice place to visit with family.will like to visit more often.room service was good...clean place.warm welcome. Made rooms available.
