I was there with family and friends, room size is good and this property is conveniently located. Food is good, hotel rates are marginally on higher side vis a vis the services offered. Overall it’s a good average property to stay.

We did a pre booking but post reached the hotel we have decided for a bigger room. The Manager of the hotel ensured that we GET the only suit available without any prior Booking. The food and the service of the staff is appreciated. They were quick to serve and answer the questions. Keep up the great work. CHEERS..

It was good. But the hotel was full and we got the room in basement. Hence even though the service was good but we were not able to see any outside view from the hotel room. Otherwise it was good. Food is standard with a standard quality. We enjoyed the breakfast also.

We reached Darjeeling on the day, from when strike was commenced. From that day we received a warm hospitality from that hotel. Rooms are good enough, clean and helpful staff and front desk tried hard from their level best to serve their guests. Thank you sonar bangla.................

the hotel is very good. it is placed in heart of the city. u can see kanchanjunga direct frm the room of the hotel . book the room in 3rd floor it is better view.the room is very neat and clean the staff is also very helpfull. so when ever u are in Darjeeling do stay in this place.
