I stayed here for two days back in April and it was a very nice experience.
They have free parking, a big ski storage room, very nice room with balconies, a outdoor swimming pool as well as a very nice spa with saunas and a whirlpool. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and a also up for a chat with lonely solo travellers like me. The breakfast was very good!
Would definitely recommend this place!

We stayed here from 8th to 15th April 2017. We were met by warm and friendly staff, who immediately offered us a welcome drink. Afternoon tea of soup and cake was also available.
Every area of the hotel was spotlessly clean with attention to detail. The food was great, especially the salad bar. Who realised that salad could be so tasty.
The outdoor swimming pool was warm and the wellness area had plenty of facilities.
The bus to the slopes was a short walk away and the information provided in the hotel allowed my husband, who doesn't ski, to hit the hills without a visit to the tourist information.
We could not find fault with the hotel and recommend it to fellow travellers without reservation.

We have stayed here several times and each time has been just as good with friendly staff, good facilities and wonderful food. We took advantage of the cocktail hour this year for the first time and really enjoyed it.
Very handy location as we skied on the glacier each day and the bus stop is just over the road from the hotel. If you are skiing on the Kitzsteinhorn each day, would recommend the lockers at the Alpine Centre to save carrying boots and skis.

We just returned from a ski trip - 4- 11 March 2017. The weather was not too good, but the hotel did not disappoint. Very friendly staff, good food, nice room, although we had a "superior" room. The standard rooms are quite small. We were quite happy with the wellness area, especially the outdoor pool. Clean, although a bit used decor in the rooms. Would go there again.

Good food, great location, very nice and helpful staff. Dinners were good and the dining room is pleasant, relaxing. Staff is very nice and helpful, including with tips about skiing and other local information. Excellent location in Kaprun, close to ski bus and quick drive to Kitzsteinhorn and Schmitten.
