Recently stayed in this hotel for a night. it was a business trip, the lobby was so crowded with a marriage group , but the check in was smooth . nice restaurant with friendly service staff. Krishnan unni was so attentive to our needs

A very mediocre stay.. We stayed for a night and there was nothing outstanding about the stay. We were disappointed actually since we had booked through yatra and while it showed as room for 3 adults, after reaching hotel we were informed that third person cost isn't included! The reception was unyielding so we paid Rs. 1000 extra one person's additional stay and breakfast. Do not book tickets through yatra.com. We also regretted opting for the breakfast since it was the most terrible one we had tasted during our entire stay in kerala! Cornflakes were soft and had a stale taste, milk was 60% water, pooris were papads! Don't opt for breakfast. There are several good restaurants that serve tasty, fresh food which are also several times cheaper. The reception also did not give any invoice while checking out and while we didn't insist for one have never encountered any hotel that doesn't do so without asking! The hotel is pretty far from the temple and there are much better options within temple vicinity. Some positives - Cleanliness was satisfactory, room was big enough for three people. That's about it..

Stayed with family for a night. Have spent very little time in the hotel but to be honest there wasn't much to talk about. Neither was there any good or bad experience to highlight. Should be OK for a night's stay but not recommended for longer duration.
Pros - Is near to the temple. Only a brisk walk away. Lower charges compared to competitors.
Cons- Average cleanliness. Poor service. Extremely disastrous dining options. A pretty busy bar located opposite to the hotel can put off family guests who are pilgrims to the temple. (To be fair, the hotel can't do much about it. Isn't it?)

recently i have stayed in Sopanam heritage for a night. it was a business trip and the check in experience was good even though i reached in the late night. rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was good, overall i felt it a good experience.

I had a stay with sopanam heritage ,I opt one Ac room ,the room was on adjacent tower ,spacious room sufficient for a family neat & clean ,very near to private bus stand and 400 mtr away from east nada of temple 15min walking to reach the temple.
Need improvement on furniture condition,bath room fittings,television and give more attention on house keeping.
